Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging

As Vyve products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If you purchase a bundle of two or more pouches, you may return any unopened and unused pouches for a full refund within the 30-day return window.

Return Shipping Costs

To keep our prices fair for all customers, a small £3.95 return shipping fee applies to non-fault returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Starting a Return

To start a return, please use our returns portal or contact us at support@vyve.uk.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vyve.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Please note:

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fee.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
